Help with password

Reset it in 3 easy steps:

1. Go to [Login Page] → Click “Forgot Password?”

2. Enter your registered email/mobile number

3. Check for OTP (valid for 10 mins) → Create new password

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters

• At least 1 number + 1 special character (!, @, etc.)

Can’t Receive OTP?

Try these fixes:
📱 SMS Not Arriving?

• Check spam/junk folders

• Ensure phone has signal

• Wait 2 mins before requesting new OTP

📧 Email Missing?

• Search “VoltMall.in Password Reset” in your inbox

• Whitelist support@voltmall.in

Change Your Current Password

1. Log in → “My Account” → “Security”

2. Enter:

   • Current password

   • New password (twice)

3. Click “Update” (Logs out other devices automatically)

Locked Out of Your Account?

After 5 failed attempts, your account temporarily locks for 30 mins.
🔓 To unlock:

• Wait 30 mins OR

• Contact support with registered email + mobile number
