How to Get Your Receipt
1. Automatic Email Receipt
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from support@voltmall.in
Subject line: “Your Order #XXXXXX Invoice”
Contains PDF invoice with order details, taxes, and payment summary
2. Download from Your Account
Log in to [Your Account]
Go to “Order History”
Click “View Invoice” next to your order
Download or print the PDF
3. Guest Order (No Account?)
Visit [Order Lookup Page]
Enter:
Order Number
Billing Email or Phone Number
Click “Resend Receipt”
4. Need a Physical Copy?
Self-Print: Use the downloaded PDF or call us.
Request by Post (₹50 fee for courier):
Email support@voltmall.in with subject: “Post Receipt – Order #XXXXXX”
Provide your full shipping address
What’s Included in Your Receipt?
✔ Order number & date
✔ Itemized list with prices
✔ Tax breakdown (GST, VAT, etc.)
✔ Payment method (last 4 digits of card/UPI ID)
✔ Shipping address & tracking link
Common Issues & Fixes

Ensure you entered GSTIN at checkout
Download from account or email
